CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
•Electronic files should be set up to the trim size of the project, and accompanied by hard copy, all fonts, linked graphics, line screen requirements, and any other special information. All 4-color graphics should be saved as CMYK files. RGB colors should NOT be used in graphics or color pallets to avoid unexpected color shifts. Do not use indexed color on graphics.
•For film only jobs, specify whether color bars are required.
•Provide written specifications such as stock color and weight, ink color(s), quantity, delivery, etc.
•Check all proofs carefully and initial the final proofs with your OK. We try hard not to have errors, but it is
ultimately the customer’s responsibility to make sure everything is correct on the proof.
